Services
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Services, and related solutions.
Project Engagement
- Projects are executed either on a fixed-cost basis or a milestone-based payment model, as agreed upon before commencement.
- Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be documented and mutually agreed in writing before initiation.
- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a revised quotation and approval.
Payments
- For fixed-cost projects, clients are required to pay an agreed percentage upfront, with the balance due upon project completion.
- For milestone-based projects, payments are due at the completion of each approved milestone.
- Payments are non-refundable once a project or milestone has been delivered as per the agreed scope.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure that all content, data, and material provided to us do not infringe any third-party rights.
Liability
- While we strive to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or conversions, as these depend on third-party platforms and market conditions.
- Zosh Digitate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the United States (for Zosh Digitate LLC), depending on the client’s contracting entity.
