Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email at [email protected].
In the case of milestone-based projects, completed milestones will be billed and are non-refundable.
In the case of fixed-cost projects, payments already received for work completed up to the cancellation date will be retained.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and development services, we do not offer full refunds once work has commenced.
Partial refunds may be considered only if Zosh Digitate fails to initiate the project within the agreed timeline, and no significant work has been completed.
Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for consulting, strategy building, or third-party advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
